We had moves calls again last night...............Elder Jackson is leaving for Britannia, the YSA ward in South Kensington! He reeeeeeeeaally doesn't want to go - he loves the ward here too much! My new companion will be Elder Crowder! I think he's from Utah, and I think he's only been out for about 3 months now. Getting lots of green companions! We'll be going to King's Cross station tomorrow for transfers, so I'll be sure to take pictures!
We had another hard yet miraculous week!!
The first miracle this week was with one of our investigators, L. He's a referral from the Maldon elders from about 1-2 months ago, but we've never been able to meet him. We FINALLY taught L on Tuesday, and the lesson went really well! He understood everything really well; he taught himself about prophets, the Great Apostasy, and the need for a living prophet; and, in the end, he accepted a baptismal date for April 30! My favorite things about the lesson was how much the Spirit guided us throughout the lesson. A thought would come to mind, and I would think, "Oh, that would be really good to share with him." Then my companion, Elder Jackson, would say what had just come to my mind! It happened several times throughout the lesson, and I could also feel the Spirit as we shared the First Vision with L. I'm so grateful for that teaching experience! I know that the Lord's promise is true: as we do our best to prepare and to teach, He will give us what to say in the very moment we need it.
We had another miracle when we went to a dinner appointment with a member family on Friday! They invited a less-active member we didn't know about over to their home for dinner, and we had a great time getting to know her! Her name is C and she's from Portugal. She also came to church on Sunday, which was awesome to see! She got on really really well with one of the members, so we hope that helps her to keep coming! We'll be calling the member family to see if they have her phone number so we can begin meeting her.
Another miracle happened on Sunday - a young couple we've never met before came to church! They were just driving past the church and felt prompted to come in, so they turned around and came just in time for sacrament meeting! They almost left as soon as they came because they saw all the different people driving home after the first ward's meetings were over, but thankfully a member saw them, talked with them, and brought them into the sacrament meeting just before it began. They also stayed for Gospel principles, and it seems like they really enjoyed it! We weren't able to talk with them very much, so we didn't get an exact address, but the member who first met them and brought them in knew their street, so guess what we did yesterday? That's right, we tracted the street :) We haven't found them yet, but we'll keep looking.
We had lots of miracles with the referral, T, we received last week (the person who was referred by the member I knew in Maldon). We were FINALLY able to meet Tina yesterday, and she was SOOO prepared!! Sister Greatwood, the member who referred her, had already taught her a lot about the church and had even given her a copy of the Book of Mormon! When we met Tina, she asked us, "What's the next step?" We told her that we wanted to teach her more about the Book of Mormon, so we set a return appointment for Wednesday! She had lots of good questions about the Plan of Salvation, so we told her that we'd love to help her find answers to her questions when we see her on Wednesday. We're so excited!!!
Hope everybody had a Happy Easter! Have another amazing week!

Funnies of the Week
Sister Andersen's "Funeral" was on Wednesday after District Meeting. Her companion, Sister Phillips, came prepared: 2 bouquets of flowers (one for Sister Andersen's head and one for her feet) and a really big U.S. flag that she laid over Sister Andersen as she lay on the table. Then Sister Phillips gave a eulogy.
There's a greenie in our district, and he really wants to talk with people, but sometimes he doesn't know how to begin a conversation, so he'll say some funny stuff:
"You have a Jesus beard!"
"We have umbrellas."
I had an exchange evaluation this week, and Elder Jackson got bored since it was taking too long, so he came up to the door, pressed his face against the glass window in the door, and stared at us until we noticed him.
