This has been an awesome week!! So many great things happened this week that I can hardly believe it!
First off, our Greek investigator, E, accepted a baptismal date!!! She expressed some concerns about some of the commandments, but when we asked her whether she'd do it if God asked her to, she said she would! MIRACLE MIRACLE MIRACLE!!!
Next, on the same day we committed E to be baptized, we found two other solid potential investigators! And to make it even better, ONE OF THEM INVITED US TO TEACH HER FAMILY. I could die of happiness.
We had Zone Conference this week, which was fantastic! We learned a lot about finding new investigators simply by having good conversations with people and then tying the conversation back to the gospel. I feel SO much more confident when I talk to people now, and we're had some great gospel conversations because of it. I'm so grateful for the inspiration that our leaders receive that will help us with exactly what we need.
We had a packed Sunday this week when we had both a baby blessing and a baptism (member's child, not convert - sorry, not yet!). What I thought was amazing about the baptism was that the boy being baptized invited lots of his friends from school and even his school teacher! His teacher seemed to enjoy the baptism, and a lot of members talked with her about it. Hopefully we'll see her again soon!
Those are the highlights from this week, hope you all have a great, awesome, wonderful week! Thanks for reading!
