Week 33: In the Country!

I'm out in the country now in a little town called Dereham! It's super quiet and peaceful here compared to London, and there are a lot less people on the streets here too, but the people who are here are really nice. The stores are all good and really close together, so that saves a bunch of time on P-day. We have a nice flat to live in, so that's really good too.

I never realized that I had gotten so close to some of the people in London North until it was time to say goodbye. I'm definitely gonna miss everyone there!

We've been having a great time in Dereham though. We've already started seeing miracles in the short time that I've been here. One that I'd like to mention was R - we were tracting a street when we met R, an older man who'd been in one of the World Wars, and he invited us in and talked to us about his experiences in the war. We told him about the gospel for a bit, and then, after giving him our number in case he ever needed any help, we left, thinking he wasn't all that interested. We got a call the next morning from R saying that he wanted to talk to us again. MIRACLE!

The ward here in Dereham is really great too - the members are excited and enthusiastic about missionary work, and the Bishop is working with us to help people in the ward, so we're really excited to get to work here!

Hope everyone's doing well at home! Have an awesome week!
